Favorite Boating Recipes

Here are some of our favorite boating recipes that we prepare for entertaining on our boat Kokomo. It’s important to keep your dishes simple as there is not a lot of space to prep meals on a boat.

Unlike at home, where I can prepare homemade sauces and dressings, we use prepared sauces from the grocery store. This makes the cleanup so much easier.
