Ingredients

ripe mangos, peeled & diced

red bell pepper, diced

jalapeno, diced

red onion, diced

cilantro, chopped

thyme, chopped

canola oil

lime juice
Instructions
In a small bowl, blend the thyme, olive oil and lime juice. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir in lime dressing. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
