This summer salad is easy to make ahead of time and is perfect for any bbq. It is a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

12 oz cans
black beans, drained and rinsed

red onion, diced
1/4
cup
red bell pepper, diced

jalapeno, seeded and diced

yellow corn kernels

cilantro, chopped
Lime Dressing

tbsp
canola oil
1
tbsp
fresh lime juice

ground cumin

tsp
agave syrup
or honey

kosher salt

fresh ground pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk all of the lime dressing ingredients and set aside. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and pour in dressing. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
