heirloom cherry tomatoes sliced in half
4
oz
fresh mozzarella bocconcini balls – bite size
or you can use regular balls and cut them into bite size pieces

red wine vinaigrette dressing

Instructions
Mix and blend all of the vinaigrette dressing. Then add 1/4 cup of the dressing to salad. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Let sit for 15 minutes and serve at room temperature.
